This policy explains how Clinkstack (the "App"), published by Skytek Tekstil Elektronik Teknoloji Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("we"), handles data.

1. Data we collect

The App does not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number. Your game progress (levels, stars, gold, settings) is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To stay free, the App shows ads through Google LLC's AdMob service. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers such as the advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and crash and performance data. This data is used to show ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraud.

How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalised ads through Google's consent form, and can change their choice later from the App's privacy settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID on Android under Settings > Google > Ads.

3. In-app purchase (Google Play Billing)

The App offers an optional one-time purchase, "Play ad-free", which removes ads between levels. The payment is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your card or payment details. The App checks the purchase status with Google Play on your device to unlock the feature. 4. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

5. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)

To exercise your rights under the GDPR, Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) or other applicable law, or for any questions, contact us at the address below.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
