Effective and last updated: 14 October 2026 · Android 1.0.0

App: Orbit Pack – Skytek (Android, com.skytek.orbitpack), version 1.0.0
Publisher and data controller: Skytek Tekstil Elektronik Teknoloji Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Işıktepe OSB Mahallesi, Park Caddesi No: 8, Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye

1. Data stored on your device

Orbit Pack has no accounts, sign-up or login, and does not ask you for personal data. Only your sound preference (on/off) is stored on your device. The game does not save your progress, and Skytek does not receive any gameplay data. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app removes the stored preference.

2. Measurement and analytics

The app contains no analytics or measurement SDK, does not use Firebase and sends no gameplay events to Skytek. The optional measurement used on the web version of the game is not part of the Android app.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

The app contains the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and shows only full-screen interstitial ads. An ad can appear after a level ends (whether you clear it or not) and before the next level starts; it is never shown during play. Ads are shown only at level results and between levels, and how often they appear is limited. There are no banner ads and no rewarded ads. While an ad is on screen the game is paused; it continues when the ad closes.

To serve and measure ads and to prevent abuse, Google may process device identifiers such as the advertising ID, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic/crash information. This processing is governed by Google's own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Skytek does not collect or store this data on its own servers.

If no ad is available, if you decline consent, or if the device is offline, the game continues normally.

4. European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: consent

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform – UMP) before any ad is requested. When this applies to you, the "Ad choices" button in the game's top bar reopens that form so you can change your choice.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

6. Retention

Your sound preference stays only on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Skytek keeps no Orbit Pack user data on its servers. Retention of the data Google processes for ads is governed by Google's policies.

7. Your rights

Türkiye (KVKK): Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR and equivalent laws): You have the right to access your data, request its correction and deletion, object to its processing and request restriction of its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Consent and withdrawal: Personalised ads are based on your consent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with the "Ad choices" button in the game's top bar; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

To exercise your rights or for any questions, you can write to games@skytek.live. The preference on your device can be deleted directly by clearing the app's data. Google's processing for ads is governed by Google's own policies; for that data, use your Google account or your device's ad settings.

8. Changes and effective date

This policy is effective from 14 October 2026. If it is updated, the new version will be published on this page and the date at the top will change.
