SME AI Automation Pilot

Choose one repetitive workflow and turn it into a working, measurable automation with human approval built in.

Most businesses begin AI work by choosing tools. We begin by choosing one recurring task whose time can be measured and whose output can be reviewed.

The pilot is not an open-ended promise to “add AI to the business.” It turns a specific process into a working first version and measures whether it creates real operational value.

Current workRepeated steps, source files and decision points are mapped.
Controlled automationThe system drafts or routes the work while critical outcomes remain under human approval.
Measured resultTime, errors, rework and response speed are compared with the starting point.

Good first-pilot candidates

  • Classifying incoming requests and routing them to the right person
  • Preparing first drafts of proposals, reports or standard documents
  • Extracting structured data from documents and spreadsheets
  • Running repeated operational checks and flagging exceptions
  • Producing internal daily or weekly summaries

We do not select high-risk, hard-to-reverse processes or tasks that make binding customer decisions without review as a first pilot.

What the pilot delivers

  • A working automation for one selected workflow
  • A clear map of inputs, outputs and human approval points
  • Error and exception scenarios
  • Test records and a basic operating guide
  • A pilot outcome summary tied to the agreed success measure
  • A recommendation to continue, revise or stop

Deliberately out of scope

The first pilot does not attempt to transform the entire company, connect several departments at once or send uncontrolled messages to customers. A narrow scope creates faster learning and lowers the cost of mistakes.

How we begin

For the discovery conversation we ask for four things: the repeated task, its approximate current duration, the tools in which it runs, and what must change for the pilot to count as successful.

We then provide a written scope and price. We do not publish a fixed price because apparently similar processes can require very different work depending on data quality and the number of integrations.

Where personal or customer data is involved, data flows and access boundaries are assessed before technical implementation. Legal assessment remains with the customer's own counsel.
